Payment Methods
   
To facilitate payment and provide convenience to our customers, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Some products are available for purchase directly online through our secure and widely used Paypal System. For Companies wanting to provide Purchase Orders, we ask that the purchase order be faxed to us at (604) 656 6485 with the item(s) of interest. Should your company meet our credit requirements, product will be shipped (Certain Conditions Apply) and should there be missing information, we would contact you upon receiving purchase order.
Product Guarantee and Returns
All products are guaranteed to ship and be delivered as required, with measurements as requested and without any defects. Should the package(s) be defective (product is damaged), Strip-curtains.com will replace the defected material as needed. If material is ordered and does not meet the application at hand or simply the wrong material was ordered, product may be returned (30% re-stocking charge on stock materials and 50% re-stocking charge on custom fabricated materials-return freight charges to be paid by customer).
Liabilities
Panamerica Trade dba Strip-curtains.com is not liable for any installation or labour provided by outside contractors on our products. Although we do guarantee our products, Strip-curtains.com is not liabilities do to damages as a consequence of wrongfully installed doors/curtain and air doors which in-turn may fall (hurt someone or effect plant conditions).
